In what appears to be a coordinated effort on the part of the house leadership and the senate finance committee, we ended up with a no-win scenario and the Senate voted on the $1100 PFD yesterday. Today is the final day of the 3rd special session. Brad Keithley from Alaskans for Sustainable Budgets gives us some of his insight with the Weekly Top 3.
