Well it's not quite Friday, but since I'm off tomorrow I thought we'd cover one of the biggest stories with Reason Magazine's Jacob Sullum in hour one. Then in hour two we'll chat with House minority leader Rep. Cathy Tilton about the special session.

Today is the real BIG show. We miss Mike Shower, but are able to chat with Reps Mike Cronk and Kevin McCabe about the PFD vote yesterday. Then pick up an interview at the end of the show with Governor Dunleavy in the final segment.

The House fails to muster enough bodies to even do business late yesterday after a vote cuts the PFD down to $1100 previously. We'll discuss this and other headlines and then in hour two we'll pick things up with Rep. Sarah Vance.

Well, looks like the wheels are coming off the bus down in the capitol. Legislators are starting to fracture from the core call, dealing with the dividend. Some are even saying to just deal with it later (kicking the can again). You can already see the election cycle attitudes popping up. We'll take calls to discuss.
