Row erupts after  local east meath councillors vote for a beach management  plan which includes a proposal to ban cars, dogs off leashes from beaches and includes a restriction on horses.  Cllrs Wayne Harding and Paddy Meade debated the controversial plan. A clampdown on learner drivers and fears for a return to violence in the event of a hard border if the UK crashes out of the Eu with no deal were also covered on the show
