After almost two years of chronic fatigue, a host of debilitating symptoms and feeling like a stranger in my own skin… I made the decision a few weeks ago that something had to shift.

What has happened is nothing short of extraordinary.

I can't quite believe how long it has been since I've released an episode.

What a bananas few weeks it's been and naturally, a lil life update felt like the perfect place to start. I can tell you that whatever you think I'm about to say, it'll probably surprise you! (because...life)

Life is uncertain and we often get what we want in an ENTIRELY different package to that which we ordered. Here's my take on living with an open heart and how I personally believe it's the only way - If you want to feel free.

Whew. This is a vulnerable one!

As I was editing this afternoon and listening back ngl, I had moments of feeling low-key nervous to share exactly how tough this year has felt with you all.

BUT it's a conversation that I just know will be what so many of you in romantic relationships need to hear - Escpecially if you find yourself struggling to be seen as anything other than perfect or being able to "handle it".

Even after 13 years together, I (and we) learnt a lot this year.

Yesterday I was served and ate gluten. As a coeliac this is less than desirable and a past version of me would have struggled to speak up and advocate for myself, for fear of conflict - Something that's followed me my entire life and made relating extremely challenging!
