Tom Theodorakis was named the 31st Director of Athletics at Army West Point in February 2025 after serving as Deputy Athletics Director, External Operations & Chief Revenue Officer. Since arriving at West Point in 2022, he has overseen all external units, including development, strategic communications, licensing, branding, marketing, ticketing, sponsorships, and fan engagement, while also serving as sport administrator for men’s basketball and lacrosse and a member of the Army-Navy Steering Committee. His leadership played a key role in advancing Army Athletics within the Academy’s $600M comprehensive campaign.
Theodorakis brings over 16 years of Division I athletics experience at institutions including Harvard, Arizona, and UCLA. His career highlights include helping secure over $67M in campaign support at Arizona, leading major facility projects at UCLA, and driving external operations and revenue growth at multiple programs. A former national champion lacrosse player at Syracuse, he holds advanced degrees in sport administration and education leadership, is a graduate of the Sports Management Institute Executive Program, and is pursuing his doctorate at Arizona. He and his wife, Robyn, have a daughter, Olivia.
