The Mid-Year Mindset Audit You Didn’t Know You Needed

This episode is your mid-year permission slip to pause, reflect, and realign. We walk you through a mindset audit to help uncover limiting beliefs, challenge old narratives, and rewire your thoughts so you can step into the second half of the year with clarity and confidence. Grab your journal—this one’s part podcast, part workshop.

Identifying Limiting Beliefs
Take time to reflect on and write down your responses to these prompts:

  • What fears come up when you think about scaling your business? Common themes might include fear of failure, imposter syndrome, or concerns about maintaining quality. Write your specific fears here.
  • What stories do you tell yourself about money and success? Consider your earliest memories about money, wealth, and achievement. How might these influence your business decisions today?
  • What do you believe is "realistic" for your business? Why? Challenge these assumptions. Are they based on evidence or self-imposed limitations?

Challenging Your Beliefs
For each limiting belief identified above, answer:

  • What evidence supports this belief?
  • What evidence contradicts this belief? What is the truth?
  • Who would I be without this belief?
  • What's a more empowering alternative?

Creating New Empowering Beliefs
Growth Mindset Reflection

  • What would be possible if I knew I couldn't fail?
  • How have I overcome challenges in the past?
  • What unique strengths do I bring to my business?

Action Steps

  • What small step can I take today to challenge one limiting belief?
  • Who can support me in this journey?
  • How will I celebrate progress?


💫 Part II: Reclaimed Self Statement
Picture yourself 10 years from now. Where are you living? Who else is in the picture? What are you doing? How do you feel in that moment? What are you wearing? What does her day look like? What is she proud of? What does she do for fun?
What are 5 goals (personal & professional) do you have for the next 5-10 years of your life?
Now write these intentions and goals as if they’ve already happened and read that to yourself out loud every day, for 30 days.
