Identifying Limiting Beliefs
Take time to reflect on and write down your responses to these prompts:
- What fears come up when you think about scaling your business? Common themes might include fear of failure, imposter syndrome, or concerns about maintaining quality. Write your specific fears here.
- What stories do you tell yourself about money and success? Consider your earliest memories about money, wealth, and achievement. How might these influence your business decisions today?
- What do you believe is "realistic" for your business? Why? Challenge these assumptions. Are they based on evidence or self-imposed limitations?
Challenging Your Beliefs
For each limiting belief identified above, answer:
- What evidence supports this belief?
- What evidence contradicts this belief? What is the truth?
- Who would I be without this belief?
- What's a more empowering alternative?

What are 5 goals (personal & professional) do you have for the next 5-10 years of your life?
Now write these intentions and goals as if they’ve already happened and read that to yourself out loud every day, for 30 days.
