We figured our first episode should probably start with the basics: who the heck are we, why did we decide to make a podcast, and what possessed us to spend our free time talking about the strange, mysterious, and maybe straight up weird.

After a little introduction (and undoubtedly a few tangents), we jump into our very first case: Pearl Bryan. Her 1896 murder is one of those stories that gets stranger the deeper you dig—a brutal crime, a gruesome discovery, multiple suspects, and a mystery that has stuck around for more than a century.
