In part 2 of the 5th edition of The Midrange Jumper's Preseason Over-Unders, Josh, Gwen, and Tyler try to parse the complicated and competitive Western Conference. Important to note: This episode was recorded before the announcement of Steven Adam's unfortunate, season-ending knee surgery. All three of us were rather high on Memphis's outlook this season, and Adam's health was a significant element of that optimism. We hope you enjoy the show, and now the season has finally begun!

Basketball begins on Tuesday, after a long, long drought. Returning to the podcast's longstanding tradition, Josh, Gwen, and Tyler walk through the Eastern conference wins projections to give their projections for their success and the Eastern conference playoffs. This week, noted Bucks and Blazers fans Josh Frey and Tyler Straub join Gwen McCaw respond to the monumental trades involving Dame and Jrue Holiday that rocked the league last week. Afterwards, all three share a trend from last season they believe will not continue into the upcoming season.

After a long hiatus, Gwen, Tyler, and Josh return to recap the 2023 off-season, or at least what's come of it so far. Armed with a list of their most and least favorite moves of the offseason, they work through the shifting characteristics of the league.
