Mai Tai

2 oz Aged Rum

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Orgeat Syrup

1/2 oz Dry Curacao

1/4 oz Rich Demerara Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice, pour without straining into a large rocks glass filled with crushed ice, top with more ice and garnish with an upturned lime shell and mint sprig.

Rum to the Jungle by Fanny Chu

1 1/4 oz Eldorado 8 Year Rum

3/4 oz Clairin Casimir Rum

1/4 oz Giffard Banane du Brésil

1 oz Cinnamon Oat Syrup

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1/4 oz Aged Port

Shake all ingredients other than the Port with ice and pour into a large rocks glass, top with more ice, pour the Port as a float on top and garnish with mint
