Today we sit down with Mark Manson who you probably know as the author of a best-selling book that took the world by storm two years ago, called "The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck". As of today, it's sold more than 8 million copies.
Now while I'd certainly heard of Mark and his book, I didn't realize how he got his start as an author.
Well it turns out that his journey began as a humble blogger and an affiliate marketer.
We'll talk about how he got his start and then transitioned into an author, and then we'll dive into an incredibly important topic today, which is how to protect your mind in a world that is changing at an exponential rate.
Well dive into the effects of social media on your brain, the two different versions of the world being created right now between the East and the West, and how AI will play a critical role in both.
Ultimately, change is here, it's happening right now, and you can either become the victim of it, or you can take a look at what's happening from a new perspective far above, and see where the dangers and opportunities are found.

Today we're going to talk about one of the most underrated marketing strategies in the world, with one of my favorite friends and mentors, Cameron Herold.
I'm going to jump on a limb here and guess that like me, you're a big fan of Richard Branson.
And one of the reasons that I love Richard so much, is that he's an incredibly shy introvert, who's mastered the art of getting billions of dollars in advertising for his ventures for free.
He's driven a tank through the streets of New York to get attention for the launch of Virgin Cola.
He hired a blimp that said, "British Airways Can't Get It Up" when they were having construction problems.
He rappelled down the side of the Palms Casino in a tuxedo, and he crossed the English Channel in a floating car.
If you are willing to use a little bit of creativity, and if you know how to strategically work with the media, you could find yourself getting the kind of press and traffic that would normally cost tens... Even hundreds of millions of dollars for free.
Well, today Cameron Herold is going give you the blueprint you need to get free traffic using PR, starting right now, today.
And there's a massive side benefit to using this strategy as well…
Once you get a story featured in these major publications, you can use them to acquire the elusive, and coveted verification badges on all of the major social media platforms.
This is definitely an episode that you're going to want to take some notes on, and file away in Evernote for future reference, because it's absolutely priceless info.

Some of the biggest questions and concerns I hear from new entrepreneurs, is about competition…
What if there are already a bunch of people offering products and services like mine?
Isn't the opportunity already gone if that's the case?
While that might be a logical concern to have when you're just getting started, the truth of the matter, is that competition is a great sign.
It let's you know that it's a big market filled with lots of customers who are already spending money.
Now you simply need to figure how to create a competing product that will allow you to attract the attention of just a small part of that massive audience.
This will allow you to secure your beach-head, and then grow from there.
Well today we're joined by Eric Casaburi, who has done exactly that.
He started his first gym called Retro Fitness in 2004.
As you can imagine, the gym industry is incredibly competitive, and filled with risk… You have to sign a lease or buy real estate, you have to spend a ton of money on equipment and employees, and you have to compete against the guys who are right down the street.
Despite those barriers to entry, Eric has managed to grow Retro Fitness into more than 150 locations around the country, and $150,000,000 in revenue.
Well today, you're going to find out how he's managed to compete so successfully in such a crowded industry, and how you can use the same strategies in your business.
Without further ado, please help me welcome, Eric Casaburi.

Today we're have a chance to learn from a gentleman that I have a tremendous amount of respect for, and I'm sure you will as well after you hear his story today.
His name is Stef Sifandos and Stef is a perfect example that all of us are absolutely capable of changing and becoming who we truly desire to be, no matter where we currently are in life.
We've had a few incredible stories of transformations made by some of our previous guests on the show including Wes Chapman, Chris Cavallini, Lori Harder, and Gary John Bishop to name just a few.
All of them were living out lives that were based on previous trauma. They were all in a place of anger, frustration, and suffering, and all of them eventually found a way to stop their downward spiral, make a change, and as a result, they are all spectacularly successful by any measure, as a result today.
Having had the opportunity to hear about each of their transformations in detail through this show, I've noticed that all of them have 3 things in common…
1: A breaking point and a moment of decision where they said, enough is enough.
2: A deliberate and obsessive search for new knowledge, tools, and people that could help facilitate the changes they wished to make.
3: And finally, an unwavering commitment to the process, combined with patience. There was never a timeline or a deadline. The new journey they were on, was the destination, and it's a journey that continues for each of them to this very day.
If you take these three steps, you will completely transform your life, and if you want some help along the way, I'd highly recommend that you reach out to Stef.

Hey gang, today I'm going to introduce you to one of my most valuable resources… His name is Dmitriy Koslov. Not only has he been a personal friend of mine for almost 10 years now, but he's also the Founder of a company called Influex.com
So Influex is the best company out there, period, if you want to build a website for you and your personal brand.
Now this is a very important subject for two reasons…
The first, is that I think it's critical that we all have a personal website that sells us as individuals.
You only get one chance to make a first impression, and yes you will absolutely be judged by the impression that you make.
Well if we consider that 99% of the people who find us, will find us online, rather than meet us in person, how important does your website, and the impression it makes, become?
It's unbelievably important.
But that brings us to the most important part of this interview…
I'd say that 9 out of 10 personal brand websites that I've seen, are doing it wrong.
People think that a personal brand site is supposed to be all about them… Who they are, what they've accomplished, and why they're so cool.
And sure, those elements have a place on your website, but the people who get it, and who do this right… Will realize that this is still, always about the prospect and the customer.
Which means that your brand website isn't about you first and the customer second, it's about the customer first.
The primary focus of the site is all about them, and how you can help them achieve their goals.
Second to that, is your story.
A story that allows people to get to know you better, and to come to the conclusion that, "yes, this person knows their stuff, and they can help me."
Now if you want to see what this looks like in action, just head to MikeDillard.com because Dmitriy and his team at Influex, just rebuilt the entire site for me, from the ground up.
And when you're there, I want you to really pay attention to the structure and the copy on the home page because it will illustrate the difference between a site built around you, and a site built around your customer.
Now with the being said, please help me welcome, Dmitriy Koslov.

Today we're joined by my friend Brooke Castillo, who's the founder of TheLifeCoachSchool.com, and holy smokes does she have one hell of a story…
Over the past few years, Brooke has gone from a place of debilitating depression, to building an online membership business that did $17 Million per year in revenue in 2018.
This year, she's on track to do $25 million, and get this…
She intentionally works less than 3 days per week.
So how'd she do it?
Well your about to find out as Brooke opens up the curtain, and walks us through all of the private details of her business in complete transparency.
This is by-far-and-away, one of the most valuable interviews we've ever had here on the show, so get ready to take some notes.
With that being said, if you would like to start a business like Brooke's, where you can package and sell your knowledge, or the knowledge of other experts, make sure you head to JoinMikeDillard.com and checkout the Knowledge Blueprint course that Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi are offering this week.
I purchased the course a few days ago myself, and I can honestly say, that it's one of, if not the best course on how to create an information business that I've ever seen.
Why?
Because you get the critical mindset piece from Tony Robbins that's often missing from these kinds of programs, and you get to learn from one of the best marketers in the world, Dean Graziosi, on how to sell your product once it's created.
I've made over $60 million selling my knowledge over the past 12 years, so I should know this stuff backwards and forwards, but I have to say… I was taking notes from these two guys like I was a just getting started all over again.
It really is that good, but registration closes on May 13th, so head to JoinMikeDillard.com if you'd like to join myself, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, and Brooke Castillo as a modern day teacher who has achieved financial freedom by simply helping other people solve their problems in life.
This program is designed for complete beginners and veterans like myself, and it's absolutely phenomenal.
Now without further ado, please help me welcome, Brooke Castillo.

Welcome to the Mike Dillard podcast, where entrepreneurs like you, get the knowledge and skills you need to bring your dreams to life.
Today we're going to talk about one of my favorite investment strategies for entrepreneurs.
As your business and your wealth start to grow, you're going to realize at some point, that making money is actually easier than keeping money.
Why?
Because the habits, mindset, and behaviors that allowed you to make that money, like taking risks, are the exact opposite of what you need to keep it and grow it.
And what's really interesting, is that entrepreneurs tend to think that investing, is the same thing as saving.
That taking $50,000 here or $100,000 there, and investing that into other companies or startups is going to magnify your wealth. We'll I can tell you from experience that, that's rarely the case, even though it might feel like a similar activity.
So what can you do to ensure that you don't take unnecessary risks, and that you are setting yourself up to achieve your true goal, which is financial freedom?
Well the first is to become aware of this trap, and the second is to invest your money in ways that will protect and grow it conservatively.
Right now we're overdue for a stock market crash. We're in the middle of the longest bull run in history, and we're hitting new all-time highs, which means one thing… A crash is on the way. It might take place in a few months, or in a few years, but every single day that goes by, brings it one step closer.
The good news is that right now you have a chance to do something about, and to protect your wealth which is exactly what my guest Patrick and I are going to teach you how to do.
This one single investment strategy has the power to completely change your life, so pay attention, take notes, and please help me welcome, Patrick Donohoe.

About 20 years ago, around the age of 18, I remember walking through the aisles of my local bookstore, and buying a copy of my very first personal development book. I had no idea what I was looking for, but I knew that I needed to start thinking differently about my future.
As I scoured the shelves, one book grabbed my attention. It was called, The Aladdin Factor, and it was written by a guy named Jack Canfield.
That book set me down the path of personal growth and development that has shaped my life ever since.
Since then, Jack has become of the of the biggest personal brands in self-help.
His Chicken Soup For The Soul book series has sold over 500,000,000 copies around the world.
And now that I had him on the phone for an hour, I wanted to ask him how he did it…
When you look out at the world of personal development, there are thousands of speakers and authors who come and go.
And yet only a handful have been able to make the kind of impact that Jack has…
Tony Robbins, Brene Brown, John Maxwell, Wayne Dyer, Mark Victor Hansen, and Jim Rohn are some of the names that come to mind.
Why?
What have these individuals done in order to become the biggest names in their industry over the span of decades?
How can you or I become the next Jack Canfield?
Well that's what we're going to find out here today straight from the man himself.
Welcome to The Mike Dillard Podcast, where entrepreneurs like you, get the knowledge and skills you need, to bring your dreams to life.
Today we're joined by the one and only, Dean Graziosi, and I predict that you're going to see Dean absolutely everywhere over the next two weeks because he's partnered up with my friends Tony Robbins and Russell Brunson, to launch a new software and education company this week that's designed to help people like you, turn your knowledge, your passions, and your expertise into a new 7-8 figure career.
The information business has continued to grow by leaps and bounds over the last decade because the technology that's now available to you and I, has made it easier than ever for us to get our message out to the world.
If you think about it, you and I have an entire mobile TV station and distribution network in our pocket, and we also have the ability to put targeted ads right in front of the right audience, at the right time, with the right message with a few clicks of the mouse.
It has never been easier to make money by helping other people solve their problems than it is right now today.
Dean has sold over $1 Billion in books and courses during his career, and I'm closing in on $100,000,000, and neither of us had any idea what we were getting into when we starting writing, started recording, and started sharing our knowledge with the world.
We didn't have any titles or special degrees, and we didn't have a huge track record of success. Heck, I was still waiting tables when I wrote my first E-book sharing what I had learned with others so that I could help them, and that E-Book ended up making me a millionaire within the next 18 months.
So how do you get into the information business, and what business model should you choose… Should you write an Ebook, create a course, start a mastermind, or pursue coaching.
Well, one of many questions we're going to answer for you here today, and if you want to check out the amazing new software and training that Dean and Tony created to help you launch your own information business, head to JoinMikeDillard.com to check it out.
And here's a pro-tip from me to you…
Considering who is involved, I have a feeling this could be the largest product launch in history, which means that this is an opportunity to capture and study their entire marketing campaign.
Modeling what is already proven to work is always the fastest way to success, so head to JoinMikeDillard.com, and start to really watch and study this campaign as it unfolds over the next two weeks. Save their emails. Record and transcribe their videos because once it's over, you'll have lost your chance to add this campaign to your library.

Welcome to the Mike Dillard Podcast, where entrepreneurs like you get the knowledge and skills you need to bring your dreams to life.
Well gang, today we're joined by my good friend Hal Elrod who has an incredibly simple, but absolutely life-changing mind-model to share with you today that he calls, the Miracle Equation.
Now if you've heard Hal's story previously on this podcast, you know that he is a walking talking Miracle. The guy was killed in a car cash in his 20's and brought back to life, and then he had to fight for his life once again last year as he battled with an incredibly vicious form of cancer.
And yet during all of these trials and tribulations, he's defied the odds again, and again, and again, to come back and thrive bigger than before.
So how did he manage to do that?
Well it wasn't an accident.
These life events forced Hal to tap into the power of the mind, and literally will himself back to health and prosperity, and it worked.
What he discovered is the mindset and system that we can all use to create our own miracles in life, and that's what he's going to teach you here today.
And I'll say this… In the short time that I've applied this strategy in my life since we recorded this podcast, this system has made a massively positive difference in my own attitude and my health.
The Miracle Equation absolutely works, and I highly, highly recommend that you start to apply and use it in your life today.
