A longtime Florida resident, Angie Pye started out in Law Enforcement, serving as an emergency dispatcher. A former victim of abuse herself, she always had a heart and concern for women in such circumstances, and watched as our laws improved in the mid-90s for victims reporting incidents. She became a volunteer counselor for a crisis center for rape victims and that really initiated the path that led her to the role she now plays at the Beacon Center.

It was a pivotal conversation with his wife that started the change in Terence Chatmon. Though already a successful leader in business and commerce, and also within the church...Terence realized that from that once statement from his wife, his life and priorities had to change. He put those changes into effect, and now enjoys the fruit of those actions.
