Wave goodbye to lousy managers.
A new Government Bill could make it easier to fire them.
National has put a Bill before Parliament, that would prevent many high earners from filing personal grievances against their employers.
It would apply to people earning more than $150 thousand a year.
New Zealand Initiative chair, Roger Partridge told Mike Hosking the Bill has many merits.
"What we don't want in our companies is to have C-grade senior managers that might be holding the company back," he said.
Partridge said the bill would offer more protection to businesses.
"All employers make mistakes when they take on people, you can take on somebody who is just not as good as they say they are," he said.
