  • Episode 129 - Policing and the Constitution with Steve Maxwell

In this episode Steve Maxwell and I discuss the Constitution and Policing. Steve is a candidate for Spotsylvania County Sheriff in Virginia. Our nation is unique in that we have a Constitution and a Bill of Rights, and no other country on earth is set up this way. With these documents we are granted freedoms and are protected from government overreach. Many Americans do not understand the unique relationship we have with our government, and Steve does an outstanding job in laying this out for us.

  • Episode 127 - Why We Cannot Allow the Same Pandemic Response Again

Our response to the pandemic has created so many problems for us, not the least of which is the declining mental health of our young people. The CDC recently released a devastating study demonstrating how dire the situation is, and it will take decades for us to recover...but this is only if we take corrective action now. In this episode I discuss some of the things we will need to do to get back on track.

  • Episode 126 - Why Every State is a Border State

Why should everyone care about the border? There are many reasons to care, but in this episode, I focus on the drug epidemic, especially fentanyl. I see the effects of fentanyl and other drugs every day while working in a drug and alcohol detox center. We can and must do more to combat this deadly issue. Our government has a moral responsibility to do more, and that is exactly what I plan to do in the Virginia State Senate. Please listen to this discussion and help us do all we can in Virginia to help all of the people and families that are suffering.

  • Episode 124 - FBI Agents awarded for taking a knee? Despicable

Earlier this year I interviewed former retired Supervisory Special Agent James Gagliano about the corruption in the FBI. Last week, James wrote an article for the New York Post titled "The FBI Agents Assocation rewarded agents who took a knee in front of BLM, proving the rot isn't just at the top".  This article has raised quite the stir with both current and former FBI Agents. In this episode I present my viewpoint on this issue having served for over twenty years as an agent myself in the FBI. Change within the FBI is not going to happen until there is a groundswell of demand from the public. The FBI cannot continue down this road if it is expected to serve the American people, and I discuss my thoughts on how this should and can be done.
