Leviticus 14, "Cleansed to See"

A further study into Leviticus chapter fourteen. We previously discussed God, meeting us in the solitude of our quarantine. Now, the regulations have been fulfilled to take us from a distant place into the camp of God. What is the point of washing away our sin? The remedy to our blindness brings inclusion, our healing brings belonging. We are cleansed to see belonging with a new perfective of light. 

Leviticus 14 "A Time for Cleansing"

The book of Leviticus "called out" in Hebrew discusses the regulations God has instituted for his people to set them apart. Chapter 14 details the Levitical regulations when someone has a skin disease, which include a time to quarantine. This chapter reveals Gods careful plan to use a time of solidarity as a means to bring us closer, while also showing his mercy to those who have been outcast.
