In today’s episode, I had the opportunity to talk with Izabelle Levey, a speaker, podcast host and business mentor, about how she started and scaling a multi 6-figures business within just a year.

Originally from Manchester, Izabella grew up with a lot of hardships to overcome. She did her best to fit in but wasn’t long before she realized she deserved better. With her resilience, she followed the vision she had for herself and graduated with a degree in Psychology in the UK.

“I craved my own type of success — one that came with purpose, fulfilment and of course, cashamola.”

She knew there were so many other women who felt the same way. Women with their own passions, perspectives, and ambitions who refuse to stay hidden for even a minute longer.

She strongly believes in the purpose of value, transformation and authenticity. She also adds that for people starting out, you need to be clear with your audience and focus on building and strengthening your network.

Why is a growth mindset important to students? What is a growth mindset vs a closed mindset?

If you want to know the answers to these questions, this is the episode for you! The beauty of having a growth mindset is that they generally believe they can improve through hard work and trying new learning methods.

So, how will you achieve this kind of mindset? Changing one’s mindset from a “fixed” perspective to a “growth mindset” may seem sometimes difficult, but by taking gradually, anyone who wants to can build a “growth mindset”.

Always keep this in mind that you must look for the positivity.

So, how can you be a #girlboss? Well first, let us define what a girl boss is. A Girl Boss is kind of woman who is strong and extremely independent and most of all, she is highly motivated. To be a Girl Boss, you have to put yourself first. You have to stay more focused on yourself than you have ever been before – no serious or negative distractions. So, this 2020, take initiative. Don’t be scared. Embrace your fear because it shows confidence, a good work ethic, and maturity.

Be confident. Be fearless. And have Self-Love! Now get off the “old self” and start putting yourself to good use.
