Still grounded by her country roots, Em now resides here on the Gold Coast. As a PT out of ACTV, managing studios such as HUSTL., and collaborating with brands like lululemon, there's no question that she's working - but she's having a damn good time doing it. I’m feeling very blessed to have had Issy (@thesunnilife) in the studio with me. A Victorian girl who stumbled upon the Gold Coast and decided to make it home…for now. She’s currently in her second year of studies in Naturopathy which is where she has been able to tap into her passion for all things health & wellness. And although she’s only just returned from completing Everest Base Camp, her love for travel has her off on yet another adventure sooner than I’d like to admit. Issy and I chat travel, her addiction to the unknown, as well as so much more. Issy is living proof that age is just a number and life is all about the experience. So, get the hell out there and start experiencing it.

Take a glimpse with me into the world of Z... I sit down with one of my nearest and dearest to discuss all things life. She's big on communication and has been on her own journey when it comes to learning how to release the subconscious' control. She spends most of her waking hours either on a trail or scrolling through 'All Trails' scouting her next adventure.
