No one on this planet is confident 100% of the time. Confidence can take a hit anywhere, anytime, whether you’re trying to accomplish something new that you’ve never tried before, possibly you’re trying to get ahead in your career, or even looking for that special someone.
The problem is, without confidence, it’s tough to step out of your comfort zone and it becomes difficult to pick yourself up and keep going. Often in times like this, the only thing standing between you and your desired success, is how confident you feel at that time. Therefore, maintaining confidence is crucial.
Without confidence, everything in life gets tougher. You struggle to concentrate. Simple tasks can feel overwhelming. If you stay there, you’ll even find a more long-term emotional impact, where you might fall into depression or become bogged down in indecision. Without confidence, you lose all forward progress.
