Intro: Welcome to Day 1 of Mind Spa. I will be your guide. Whether you are sitting at your desk, resting on your couch, or preparing for bed, thank you for being here. In our busy, demanding world, taking just three minutes to stop is a profound act of self-care. Let’s create a baseline of calm together.
Finding Alignment: Allow your eyes to soften, or gently close them if that feels safe for you. Let's begin by finding our alignment. Notice the weight of your body resting on the surface beneath you. Feel the base of your spine grounding down, and imagine a gentle string pulling the crown of your head upward. Creating space.
We are not trying to change anything right now. We are just becoming user-centric—tuning into our own internal experience. Notice your breath. Is it shallow? Is it quick? Just observe it without judgment.
Prana Breathing: Now, let’s invite a little more Prana, a little more life force of energy, into the body. Take a deep breath in through your nose... expanding your ribs like a canvas stretching across a frame. Hold for a moment. And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Closing: As you gently open your eyes, try to carry this sense of "center" with you into the rest of your day. You have officially begun your journey at The Mind Spa. See you for Day 2.
