I am back guys! Finally after 2 weeks of law exams, I am able to start creating podcast for you guys! I am so excited to get back into everything, I missed making them so much! I had a completely different topic planned for today but I have been receiving a lot of messages of how am I personally coping with our current situation. Therefore, I wanted to make another podcast about suffering but unlike a previous podcast on suffering relate it to our current situation, the Cornavirus! I hope this helps lifts people attitudes during this time, everything in life comes within the power of you!

Hi everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed my very first podcast! For people who don't know me, as i have stated in the beginning of the podcast, My name is Kayleigh Noble, and I am currently living here in Ireland. What i didn't mention in the podcast, as I was concerned about the introduction being too long, which for my own liking it already is, I am currently in my second year of my bachelor of law degree. I withhold a very busy life, making time for relationships with family and friends, a fitness fanatic who likes to train 6 days of the week, I work part time also as I am in college, therefore, the two free days I have, I work. On top of studying law full time, I also have done tremendous research into psychology. For the past year and a half, I have immersed myself in mindset, psychology and even body language books, yes I may be able to tell if your lying to me
