• Do one quick, productive thing (make your bed, drink water, review goals).
• This sets the tone of “I already accomplished something today.”

🕛 Midday (During Work/Study/Errands)

4. Posture & Presence Check (1 minute)

• Sit/stand upright, roll shoulders back, relax your jaw.
• Make eye contact when speaking.
