The hardest part about "manifesting" is knowing where to start. If you let yourself get caught up in the 'how' you'll never learn to trust yourself. Because this is literally what we were made for as humans.

You can't wake up and NOT manifest- you're doing it 24/7.

That's the catch, there is no start and there is no end. This process is just about learning how to guide your energy in the direction that brings you everything you've ever wanted (aka just being happy) instead of living in the same patterns that have made your life suck

I've broken down what I've learned into 4 steps that we will dive into every week. We will go over resources, application, self concept work, nervous system regulation, and a crap ton more (but in a way that makes it seem not so out there, because it's really not. It's all right there in your head)
Then, after the 4 weeks of laying it all out, I'm releasing a Self Concept Course that you can hop in if you want to know how to come at this on day-to-day basis. It'll be the guide that I wish I had when I started this journey
At the beginning of the year I told myself I would do whatever it took to stop reaching this intense feeling of burnout and the feeling of fighting tooth and nail just to survive. I wanted SO much more out of life and right now, I'm finding that. This episode is just skimming the surface of everything I've learned from submersing myself in books, podcasts, journaling, and application that has made me feel more alive than I thought possible
Todays episode is just the explanation of the next month to get your head in the game (big girl pants=on)
