Finding and mentoring leaders for our business is one of the hottest topics at every event and training I've ever attended. 

It's an incredible feeling to have someone come in with excitement and energy and help you take your business to the next level. 

But it's also a challenge for a lot of people. 
And it can be frustrating when people show a lot of promise but never quite deliver.

Today I wanted to focus on this challenge - and the mindset shift I needed to make that helped us attract incredible leaders into our business and take things to the next level.
