The Mindset Think Tank

In this interview, I sat down with Dr. Walter E. Stephens, Executive Director of School Operations for the Houston County School District, to talk about something that can truly change the trajectory of a young person’s life—mentorship. With more than two decades in education and leadership, Dr. Stephens has dedicated his career to developing young people and creating pathways for them to succeed.

This is one of those conversations that reminds us that real change begins when someone chooses to guide, uplift, and believe in a young person’s potential.

On April 13, 2022 we interviewed Dwayne Peterkin host of Extinct Legends Classic Car show.  Dwayne discussed his show and love for classic automobiles. Tune in and be inspired!

In this interview, I had the opportunity to sit down with Dr. John Eaves, former Fulton County Chairman and a 2022 candidate for Georgia Secretary of State, to discuss leadership, public service, and the importance of protecting the democratic process.  Dr. Eaves served 11 years as Chairman of Fulton County, where he became known for advocating for issues such as healthcare access, transportation, voting registration, homelessness, and criminal justice reform. His passion for leadership extends beyond politics through youth development and education, including his work helping students from underserved communities gain global leadership experiences.
