Most people assume they need a lot of time, effort, and intensity to see health results. But what I've seen over and over again in my patients and coaching clients is the opposite. The more people overcommit, the more likely they are to burn out and stop.

In this episode, I break down why starting small is the real path to long term success. I talk about how consistency beats intensity. And why the healthiest people are not the ones doing everything perfectly, but the ones who do the basics consistently over time.

I also walk through practical ways to build a baseline routine, create a "busy day" version of your habits, and track what actually matters.
