Many of the “plant based” foods and herbs we consume today are acidic.

And consuming acidic foods more than alkaline food serves believers no benefit on this wholesome journey in CHRIST.

Because in order to restore our physical health, we must take our bodies from an acidic state to a state of alkalinity- which I refer to as the “promise land.”

Maintaining an alkaline state in our physical body can be achieved by eating mainly alkaline foods & herbs, which also cultivates an internal environment viruses can not thrive in.

Keeping our bodies in an Alkaline state is how we sustain a resilient immune system and support a divine level of health care. Which is the highest level of self care and a posture the enemy doesn’t want us in.

Acidic foods may seem healthy, but they are not beneficial when it comes to sustaining, preventing and restoring our physical body from sickness, illness, chronic disease, and cancer.

Did it ever occur to you that we limit the almighty power of GOD from restoring our health (being transformed into HIS image) by not consuming  alkaline food and herbs?

Far too many Christians pray to GOD for the restoration of health and far too many of us don’t take heed to HIS nutritional instructions…

Which can possibly solve most health related issues.

And this is why it’s imperative that the Church body understands GOD’s nutritional word, will, and way.

Because there’s a clear distinction in GOD’s vegetation versus manmade foods labeled “organic” and “plant-based.” 

And depending on which source we get our nourishment from, impacts our overall health either in a positive or negative manner.

So how does alkaline food & herbs transform us into the image of GOD?

Epigenetic- “related to changes, especially heritable changes in the characteristic of a cell or organism that result from altered gene expression or other effects not involving changes to the DNA sequence itself.”

So, if food has the ability to change our DNA expressions; it is wise that we consume alkaline food which facilitates the restoration process of becoming whole. So that we can be physically transformed into our unique image & likeness.

The Church is not limited to just a building where we go to praise and worship GOD.

You and I- who make up the body of CHRIST, are the Church.

In this episode, I share a bit about my personal life.

How I was in the best physical shape, but vitamin D deficient and heading down a path that leads to diabetes.

I like many Christians today, thought I ate “healthy.”

I prepped my food and even took multivitamins & fish oil pills daily.

I was in fact on a path that seemed right, but only leads to illnesses, chronic diseases, and cancer.

And believe it or not, many of you are currently on this same path.

But, don’t fret!

My assignment is to get the entire Church body on one accord where our nutrition is concern.

And I’m on this mission until every Christian believes and every believer eats!

I also break down what I call the instructions for achieving optimum health, which consist of:

Godly intentions + GOD’s plan + Godly goals = Godly results (breakthroughs/restoration of health).

I came to a deeper understanding that although meat is good, not all meat is beneficial for our physical bodies and overall health.

During my personal studies, I was able to make the connection between the land animals GOD specifically told us to eat and it’s quality for being worthy of consumption.

By the end of this episode you should have deeper understanding too lol.

In order for the Church (Body) to maintain and sustain optimal health & physical wholeness in CHRIST JESUS, it will require that we live with precision! 

We have to be precise and intentional in our daily eats and the only way to accomplish this is by knowing exactly what GOD provided, purposed & planned for us to eat.

By the end of this episode you’ll be able to distinguish between what foods are pleasing & acceptable to GOD and know the exact foods GOD said we can and cannot eat.

I’m aware of the daily challenges and struggles the Church (Body) face when it comes to eating healthy.

There’s tons of information out here on which foods to eat to improve our health, but they all contradict GOD’s nutritional word.

This causes confusion, frustration, skepticism and most importantly disobedience.

GOD never intended for us to be enslaved to any manmade diet and JESUS’ death, burial, and resurrection restored us back to a wholesome lifestyle.

The healthy way of GOD is nothing like the customs, traditions, or cultural practices of this broken world. 

It is new and living. 

It goes beyond knowledge and science, yet both are present. 

And requires wisdom and understanding.

Just like our salvation required the blood of JESUS, our health requires GOD’s intended food provision.
