On this day in 1959, Walt Disney reads an article In The New York Times about the upcoming 1964 World’s Fair in New York. He immediately sees opportunities for his Company. Safe to say it was a good call!

1960 - Buena Vista generally releases Disney's last True-Life Adventure film Jungle Cat to theaters.

On this day in the year 2011, The Help, distributed by Touchstone Pictures is released into theaters.

We learned yesterday that Dia De Los Muertos will be returning to the Parks this fall, Starting November 7th, and with that will come COCO Inspired activities along with much more!

Breaking News This Morning, New Trailer for Ralph Breaks the Internet is released and with that we learn that Gal Godot will be playing a character name Shank! So Make sure you check it out!

In Park news, We were in the parks last night and there were plenty of COCO ears in Stock, so if these ears are what you want, now is the time to get your hands on them.

On this day in the year 1969, The Haunted Mansion in Disneyland debuts to Cast members Only, allowing them to experience it before the General Public in a nighttime event from 7 pm-Midnight.

Also on this day in the Year 2004, Walt Disney Pictures, The Princess Diaries 2 -Royal Engagement, has its World premiere at the AMC Downtown Disney Theaters in Anaheim California.

Today in the year 2007, The Jonas Brothers Self-titled second Album, Jonas Brothers is released on Disney’s Hollywood Records. It reached the Number 5 spot on the Billboard Hot 200 Chart in the First week.

Also, This Just In from Animation Magazine, Disney Picks up an African Princess Project, SADE. It’s about a girl named Sade who must embrace her newly discovered magic powers to protect her kingdom from a mysterious, evil force, with the help of the local prince. No director or actors have been attached yet.
