On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about allowing your most joyful and abundant timeline. I tossed up whether to call it ego vs soul's desires, as really it's the same thing. Your logical mind, your ego generally runs the show. It sets goals, intentions based on your personal preferences of what you've experienced and witnessed. Based on your likes and dislikes. Seems logical.

But what if there was way more magic for you to experience, way more joy, abundance, freedom that what you could possibly imagine? Your soul knows the essence of everything you desire, much clearer than your logical mind. Your ego creates certain goals because it thinks it has the answer. But your soul knows the truth. Your soul knows the way to your absolute joy and abundance. The only question is are you really ready to trust? To let go of judgment, to be fully present in the moment, and fully trust the guidance. Because this my friend, is where all the magic lies.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about the fact that you're not really thinking your thoughts. This might sound like an abstract concept, but the more we understand the nature of our reality the more we take back our power. Your thoughts are being received, and it's your energetic frequency that determines what thoughts you attract. Thoughts are being carried on waves of energy, like wifi.

There is a famous quote by Albert Einstein that I love, "No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it". The energetic frequency or level of consciousness we are operating in determines what thoughts we receive. We are all connected to an infinite stream of consciousness and when we tap into a different level of consciousness new thoughts will be downloaded. Knowing how to shift the frequency you're receiving will shift your life.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about what embodiment is truly about in the manifestation space. You are BEing the person that receives your desires when you DECIDE that you are. Not when you create another set of false constructs or rules about how you need to show up, or what you need to do. It's a deeper connection to knowing that it's already yours. You don't need to create it, you simply need to allow it to flow through you.

Today I talk about this in a way I never have before. The old way to manifest is from embodying the version of you that your mind creates and show up as her. This can be powerful as it works with the current belief system that you have. As you do the things you believe this version of you does you become an energetic match and are open to receiving. But this is ultimately still an illusion, making you have to adhere to another set of rules, and so if you slip out of showing up in this way your belief diminishes and you ultimately lose your desire. True embodiment is knowing that it's already yours and trusting your soul to guide you, knowing that it gets to be easy, joyful, and that following your bliss is already enough. There are no rules.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about how to actually manifest your dream life. Most manifestation processes (the ones that actually have some merit) focus on releasing resistance. Maybe it's mindset work, healing work, or shifting the negative thoughts or beliefs into positive ones that support your desires. And this is powerful. But it has its limits. You are limited by what you can get your mind behind, your ability to continually shift your thoughts and beliefs to align with your desires.

Today I take you much deeper. There is a way to manifest your absolute dream life without continually having to shift the limits of your mind. There is a deeper awareness, a soul connection, a remembering of the truth of who you are. As you access your unlimited power and truly understand how the Quantum field is shaping your reality, your powers of creation will be unmeasurable and your life so abundant and joyful.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about overcoming imposter syndrome. If you've ever felt like a fraud or imposter then you know what I mean. It's this deep feeling that somehow you're not good enough, not really qualified enough, and that one day you'll be found out for who you truly are. A fraud. The truth is, it's an illusion. The reason that you experience this in the first place is because of deep societal conditioning and the illusion of separation.

You don't need to build your confidence or develop your self worth. When you let go of the idea of separation, all feelings of imposter syndrome disappear. You've been sold the illusion that somehow we are all separate, that some people are better or worse, superior, inferior, higher or lower, and this is what causes the pain. But it's a lie. We are all soul's having a human experience. We are all one. We are all unique. We are all connected. No one is better or worse. You have, and always will be, more than enough exactly as you are.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about accessing true freedom and going beyond the mind. When this concept was first introduced to me it triggered me. I didn't believe it was possible to go beyond the mind and I didn't understand its importance. But I have come to realise that the freedom, the fulfilment, the peace, the joy we all seek…. It all lies in going beyond the mind. In being able to disassociate from thoughts and instead become the awareness of them.

The greatest realisation I truly believe we can experience is that we are not our thoughts, we are not the mind. Thoughts are simply conditioned patterns, mostly stuck in the construct of time. Meaning most thoughts are relieving the past or projecting into the future. True freedom lies in this moment, in connecting to your inner life force, your soul, and disconnecting to the endless stream of thoughts which keep you feeling stuck. True freedom lies within.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about setting intentions for the new year. There is so much talk in the coaching industry at this time of year about going big, stepping up, and expanding. But why? Why are we chasing the next thing constantly? Why do we constantly need more? What are we all hoping it will bring? The truth is that whatever you are seeking is because of a feeling you believe you will receive in the having of it.

And what I want you to know more than anything else, is that any feeling you're chasing is inside you right now. You will never be more than what you are right now. It's not possible. You are a soul, you are consciousness. And deep within is the only place to find the fulfillment, peace, joy and happiness you desire. It's already yours. There is nothing external, no goal, no amount of money that could ever give you more than what you already have. When you realize this truth you will feel the freedom and abundance you seek, and naturally magentise more.

How would you show up if you knew your work was a pot of gold worth a million dollars, like you knew it was that valuable? What would be your energy, how would you show up, how would you speak about it? This is the energy that creates. This energy is magnetic. Freaking pot of gold energy.

If you were selling a map to the pot of gold you wouldn't spend all your time describing the map (details of your offer), you would focus on the end result (hello pot of gold). There are 2 important aspects I want you to grasp here: 1) We need offers that we absolutely know are like million dollar posts of gold. 2) We need to connect to this energy frequently and activate it so it oozes through everything we do and say. This is magnetic.

On today's episode of the Soul Aligned Business Babe podcast I talk about stepping into your most abundant timeline. The wealth, the success, the joy, the fulfillment you seek, CAN NOT be found in following someone else's timeline. It's something I have always innately known, but once I stepped into this entrepreneurial world I forgot for a time.

All of the answers you seek, all of them, they lie within. You can follow someone else's strategy, tactics, process for awhile and have incredible success, but if you're not honoring you, and your unique path then ultimately you will burnout, feel exhausted and drained. Your path can not look like someone else's. You need to develop the deepest level of self trust and intuitive guidance in order to unlock your most abundant timeline, and I'm so here for that.
