The miracle of mindfulness in burnout recovery - Chantay Golson International   

Interventions centered on mindfulness have demonstrated considerable benefits in reducing stress, improving burnout in all areas, and increasing compassion satisfaction. The practice of mindfulness meditation has been shown in a number of studies to help reduce burnout. All outcome indicators dropped significantly for participants following the intervention. Increasing mindfulness reduces or eliminates the positive association between workload stress assessment and burnout. Mindfulness modifies the impact of negative workload appraisal on both emotional weariness and depersonalization.
