"Fascinating read." (Gavin Esler, broadcaster and author of A Scandalous Man)

Just right: heard as audio book
I I heard as audiobook and it was quite interesting. It was a good complement to an hour video documentary on Battle of Nirmandy I found on YouTube
Must-read for WWII history buffs
Horrific invasion losses on the June 6, 1944 Normandy beaches but without the allied trickery, deception, Hitler's ago, foul weather and superb planning... the outcome would have been disastrous. Book is well researched and told in fascinating style.
