One of the greatest learnings i've ever had is about projections and that the universe is a mirror. How you feel about others.. is how you feel about yourself and vice versa.

That's what today's episode is about and I give some great examples of times where i've projected onto people and times where i've felt others have been projecting onto me.

Learning these things has truly been life changing for me and how I show up in my everyday life.
