Each year, it’s estimated over 4.million youth and young adults experience homelessness. The inefficiencies of social services, safety nets, even state and federal regulations to protect the most vulnerable in our society are laid bare during Covid-19. Already over-stressed, under-funded, resource-strained; options-deprived Health and Human Service agencies are scrambling to meet the physical and emotional needs of these young people.
