And for our wine pairing? We decided to shake things up: Walked into the wine store, grabbed a random bottle, and came out with Chateau La Grange Clinet 2021. It’s a bold Bordeaux red blend with a deep ruby color and notes of plummy fruit, spices, and just a touch of oak.

In this episode, we sink our teeth into Only Lovers Left Alive (2013), Jim Jarmusch’s slow-burning vampire film that’s more mood than plot.
