We need to chat about this one-

Too many 'coaches' are going down the path of telling us 'food is just fuel' these days and that we shouldn't think any further into it than that.

CALLING BS- not even my opinion, actually science backed BS!

Food isn't just fuel. It goes deeper into our history, feelings and social lives why we have certain feelings and wants around food!

Take a sigh of relief on this one and as always a deeper understanding around food which can then hopefully change your thinking around it!

10 weeks from now I will be doing my official '1 year post baby' photoshoot!

I gave myself 12 months to get to a place where I felt fit, strong and happy again after my emergency c section and this is my final phase!

I am really going for it over the next 10 weeks so I am putting in place things that I know will help me success and therefor hopefully help you to!
