Loved being able to sit down with Stacy Kerns and chat about this first year that they have been in operation. When you rely on volunteers to help run the place and no volunteers can visit, it can be pretty stressful.

Holy cow! What a great interview with Craig Westbrook with the VFW Post 6760. They do such a great job putting together events to raise money for those who need the help. But that is just part of what they do. They have a bar where the primary purpose is to give the proceeds away. They help find medical equipment for those who are waiting or simply in need. The help put on outside philanthropic events just to help other organizations do good.

Had the chance to sit down with Natalie Redmond with the Saint Joseph Chamber of Commerce to talk about the intense time period where they have been trying to alleviate the strain of the Coronavirus on local business while maintaining some semblance of normalcy for their office.

We got to visit with Lute Atieh of Valor Manufacturing Training and found out so much about the right way to bring on new employees. We talk about visual learning and immediate recall. We dive into culture building and why it is so important in today's workplace - remote or not.
We recorded this in the loft space they have in downtown St. Joe. Very cool and unique space for a company where the same adjectives could be used.
