So in today's episode I sit down with Seth Hargett. I have our audio guy Jared Budlong to thank for setting up this episode. He used to work with Seth. Seth is the president of Jubilee Restaurant Group which owns all of the Five Guys Restaurants in a five state area. They are also expanding their business with the Uncle Maddio's Franchise. I know that because Prodisee Pantry was instrumental in serving families hit hard by hurricane Ivan, which was over 10 years ago. She does an amazing job of telling the story of the Pantry and getting people to join in in that effort. She has a heart for helping those that are food insecure. In today's episode, I sit down with the really great guy. Bill E. is the owner of Old 27 Grill in Fairhope. Old 27 Grill is a music venue and restaurant. Bill E. is also a bacon maker. I have not met someone that likes bacon more than myself in a long time, but Bill E. makes me look like an amateur. He's really a friendly guy with a big heart that makes some really great food, so let's dive right in with Bill E. Stitt.

In today's show we have a special treat, Carol Hunter. Carol is the Director of Communications for the Downtown Mobile Alliance and they've been very influential in the changes that we have seen happening downtown. Carol is a wonderful person and she agreed to sit down with us and talked about some of those changes and the thought process behind them. Downtown Mobile Alliance is responsible for some seventy square blocks of area downtown. They have an economic development program that's in place. They also help with the beautification of the city. She covers things like the flowers and graffiti that may be found but anyway its just a really great interview and I really appreciate Carol sitting down with me to talk about these things. Now Alan is the owner of Carpe Diem Coffee & Tea Co. over near Spring Hill College, and in this episode I geek out just a little bit because if there’s one thing that I’m passionate about, it is a really good cup of coffee.
