As leaders it is our responsibility to identify our cracks and allow God to repair them. God needs whole and healed clay pots; the world needs us to pour out all that God is pouring into us. If we are going to change the world for Jesus then we need to change how we care for our clay pots.

Can God still use a cracked jar? Yes, He can, a cracked jar can still be filled up, it can still pour out its contents, it can still be useful.

The problem with a cracked clay jar is It doesn’t just pour out it leaks out.
