  • June 27th - Covid19, Pandemic & Nutrition 4 Months Later
    since phase 2 of Vegas started, I’ve consistently been out, playing basketball with large groups and minor socializing (with precautions of course) and knowing that, I’ve also assumed responsibility to myself and the family.
    I get tested once a week (usually end of week) at T&M center, it’s a quick 15 minute drive through process and I couldn’t recommend it more.
    If you’re out, socializing and the ilk, please get tested and wear your mask!
    But also, very important.
    please get your daily exercise, vitamin c/d, sub out meats for veggies if you can.
    Mask is for your loved ones.
    Exercise and proper diet is for you.
