This episode is for anyone looking to jump on the express lane to achieving their goals. Andrej Suttles and I sit down and discuss the importance of taking on mentors and coaches in both our professional and personal lives.

Let’s look into this a little closer…

During the most influential years of our existence, coaching and guidance are intertwined in just about every aspect of our lives. Parents, teachers, coaches and in some cases guidance counselors and psychiatrists provide roadmaps for our development.

We rely on coaches to help us achieve our athletic ambitions. In school, teachers help to educate and increase our understanding of the world around us. Parents, help us grow and mature into valuable members of society. But what about your personal goals after childhood and adolescence?

It seems that once we enter into adulthood, the pursuit of guidance comes to an end.

Is that it? Have we learned everything there is to learn about the world? Are we now all experts at this thing called life?

I would argue, no.

It’s important to actively seek coaches and mentors if you truly want to continue developing in life. In this episode, Andrej and I talk about many topics including:

Here’s a question for you… What does the modern man look like? 

It’s a topic I’ve had on my mind for quite some time. The more people I ask, the more I realize that everyone has their own answer. No one is either right or wrong in this. However, I think there should be a blueprint and foundation for young men to follow and define their manhood.

As always, I don’t claim to know all the answers… But I do have the questions. For this episode, I sat down with some men I highly respect and posed this question to them.
