Your nervous system is working 24/7 to keep you alive, but when stress adds up it can start to feel like your own body is against you. We talk about why that isn’t true, and how learning nervous system regulation can change the way you handle anxiety, overwhelm, shutdown, and the everyday pressure of being a mom.
