This Soul & Spirit Sunday episode is extremely candid. I'm getting reeeeal human and raw with you today, and sharing with you one of the darkest chapters of my entire life (and believe me when I say, that's saying something).

So, why am I sharing this?

Well, it's not to depress you. In fact, it's the opposite. Because despite the horrors that I faced during this period of my life, it led to the breakthroughs and transformations that created the life I life now.

A life of freedom, fulfillment, and unshakeable self love.

A life where my average daily state of being is above and beyond what I used to imagine for my highest highs.

The version of me that I am now barely recognizes the girl who you'll hear about in today's story. The way of being that I was trapped in all those years ago is universes away from what my inner space is like now.

I hope that this story can be a light for you in some way, or at the very least, that it can help you connect with and understand me on a very deep level.

And if you're struggling with self worth, let my story give you hope. There is another way. Life gets so, so much better.

Thank you so much for witnessing the depths of my truth today. Thank you for giving me a space to share my experience without shame, and a space where I can turn my past pain into wisdom that might help others.

On today’s Witchy Wednesday episode, we’re nerding out about the cosmic, self-loving symbolism of this magical New Moon in Leo.

You've heard of love languages, right? Well, on today's episode, we're taking those and making them WAY COOLER by turning 'em into SELF LOVE LANGUAGES 😎

If you don't know your love language, definitely google "love language quiz" or look up a chart online before listening to this episode. In general, the same love languages apply to both our self love and our love in the context of relationships with others. But of course, as with all things, use your intuition!

The main focus of today's episode is on five micro Tarot Coaching sessions- one for each self love language.

We'll be working with the question, "How can I best love myself this week?"

These sessions might be micro in terms of length (ish, also, TWSS? 😅), but they're MACRO in terms of value, and I highly recommend that you listen to all five- because of course, we all have room to love ourselves in all the languages, amirite?
