This is my 100th episode!! Thank you so much for listening and being along for the ride.
Today I wanted to talk about one of my favorite subjects: God.
How we speak about God.
How we receive God.
How we love God.
How we live God out in our lives.
And the powerful reminder of God's word - that we were not born with or given the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of sound mind.
Who and what is God for you?

This simple question can help you in your healing work, help you get clear about your desires, and to help you create strong boundaries.
Being available has more to do than time management or even ideas of what we want. It's a deep and nuanced understanding of our energy and how we are using it.
Are we being true to ourselves?
Are we operating out of fear?
Are we listening to the small voice within?
Are we open to receiving or more interested in controlling?
Take a listen and let yourself get curious so you can find your authentic truth.

An encouraging podcast to remind you that no matter what is going on today, your story is not over.
Change is inevitable - and even when we welcome it, it can be stressful to get through.
There's often a more subtle, but no less powerful, type of change and that is the call of your spirit. The knowingness that it is time to address, readdress, ponder, explore, act, surrender and heed the call of your soul. This is a personal and potent energy that comes right on time, if we open to it.
Leah shares about her fears of performing in the one-woman show, and the call of her heart to do so, as well as the ways that present-moment living and breaking free from the stories of our past can help us.

Have you ever asked for a sign? Maybe you didn't get the sign, or notice it. Or maybe, you got the message loud and clear. Even still many of us have doubt, even when we say we believe, that spirit is on our side - that God listens - that we are worthy of a life that is guided by the great beyond.
In this solo podcast, Leah shares some of her recent signs and confirmations about her project regarding her new work. Some may seem trite, others more profound.
But the message of the podcast is that we must be in an active relationship with spirit to know their language, to hear the calling, to witness the signs. This isn't a one-way relationship, it's an interactive one that calls us to engage with the highest and most loving, most pure and divine of energy and beings.
Take a listen, enjoy and ponder for yourself, what do you really believe, and how are you nurturing that relationship?
The truth is, confirmation is everywhere that spirit is present, and we are constantly being guided in the direction that is best for us, if we but notice. It requires our presence.

In this episode Leah speaks with author and medium Carole Obley on how to heal grief and guilt and find security about life's transitions.
Many of us believe there is an afterlife. However we may have a hard time trusting life's natural processes such as death.
Carole and Leah speak about how the eternal bond of love is real, how spirit beings are living entities who are still present in our lives, and how we can form a relationship with them through communication to further deepen that relationship.
There is no end to our loving relationships, energy is infinite. We can learn how to move through life's grief and often the guilt that comes with these transitions, to remember that there is no ending and that spirit is alive and well.
