Adam Smith started The Real Junk Food Project in London in 2013 with the dream of feeding the world - and what's most impressive is that he is. He intercepts food from supermarkets, restaurants, cafe's and food outlets that would normall end up in landfill and turns it into gourmet meals to feed the world.
