Koncept has been growing like crazy the last couple of years - tackling major projects, growing the workforce, and producing amazing transformations across the county

However it hasn't all been plain sailing!

From working at McDonalds and factory jobs, to taking the leap of going out on his own after completing his apprenticeship

Dylan holds nothing back, and it was such an enjoyable conversation that I took loads away from!
