SWOT Analysis Pt. 2: Adjusting Through Weaknesses & Challenges in Motherhood

In this episode, we’re diving into the “W” and “T” of SWOT—our weaknesses and the real-life challenges that can impact our joy in motherhood. Instead of striving for perfection, we’re learning how to adjust.

We’re sharing our personal struggles and the simple, practical ways we’ve shifted our days to better support ourselves. Motherhood isn’t one-size-fits-all—this is your permission to make it uniquely yours.

Remember: everything is negotiable. The only thing you HAVE TO DO is like your kids. Change the rules until you find a way to be yourself and enjoy your family!

Remember when you knew what you were good at—and you actually felt proud of it?

Motherhood has a way of shifting our focus. Instead of seeing our strengths, we often fixate on what we didn’t finish, what we’re behind on, or what we don’t want to do.

But your strengths didn’t disappear.

In this episode, we take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Beyond the dishes and diapers, there are opportunities every day to use what you’re naturally good at.

Where are your strengths already showing up?

How can you use them more intentionally?

And what if the opportunities you’re craving… are ones you can create?

This is your reminder: you are still capable, still gifted, and still growing.

So many of us enter motherhood with a vision—who we hope to be and who we never want to become. But in trying to live up to those expectations, we often find ourselves striving, discouraged, and at odds within our own hearts.

The truth is, God never asked us to be anyone else.

He created you—intentionally, uniquely, and with purpose for your motherhood.

In this episode, we talk about why being your authentic self can feel like the hardest calling, and how surrendering to who God made you to be is the most freeing and necessary place to begin.
