Though Jayme knew it was wrong, her life spiraled out of control down that slippery slope until she felt that she was a prisoner of her own making. Jesus brought forgiveness and new life. Healing from the shame and guilt of sin. Now Jayme is living as an overcomer through the blood of the lamb and the power of her testimony.

It's a precious thing when a little girl asks for a Bible. But what is even more precious is when that request grows into a longing to know God's word even more and to see that little girl grow up to follow Jesus. Today Ronda shares her testimony of how the other moms around her and her circumstances caused her to question what she really believed. That curiosity fueled the flame to study God's word. If you have been studying the Bible for a long time or just starting out, I think you will be encouraged by Ronda's story.

God does not promise us an easy life but He does promise that He will be with us. Growing faith is a process as we are continually refined by a Holy God. Michelle, mom of 9,  was active in her church and community. They looked like the perfect family but there were hurts deep down that created a struggle. Then she truly encountered God. He patiently taught her more about Himself, Father, Son and Holy Spirit as He helped her to reconstruct her faith and surrender completely to Him.

It's hard to not be discouraged as we see so much heartache and impossible situations around us. We all need Jesus. He is our only hope.
