In this episode, Michael and Ross discuss a news article from late 2018 which highlights a growing concern--people who are abandoning at-risk adults. It's possible that this type of behavior could result in the return or creation of filial laws.
Filial Law- Filial responsibility laws (filial support laws, filial piety laws) are laws in the United States that impose a duty upon third parties, usually (but not always) adult children for the support of their impoverished parents or other relatives. (Source: Wikipedia)
