This week on the Money Line, SoMoney breaks down the week ahead in the CFL, gets into a light NHL Wednesday night slate and hits the money line for listener questions.

To start this week the Ottawa Redblacks face off against the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.  The Tiger-Cats are fighting for the last playoff spot while the Redblacks are fighting for their jobs.  The Tiger-Cats are 5.5 point favourites at home. Next game on the CFL slate for Friday we have the BC Lions against the Edmonton Elks.  The Edmonton Elks haven’t won a game at home in over a year and are 6.5 point underdogs, on top of that the Elks have been eliminated from the playoffs and the BC Lions look to enter the playoffs on the right foot so they look to be finishing strong this season.  Moving to Saturday, the Toronto Argonauts face off against the Montreal Alouettes.  This game is looking to be a close one with the Montreal Alouettes as slight home underdogs at a 1.5 point spread. The Argonauts are looking to make a statement and finish the season strong going into the playoffs as the number 1 seed in the East division. Our final game of the slate we have the Calgary Stampeders against the Saskatchewan Roughriders at home.  The Roughriders are fighting for their lives in a potential must win scenario to make the playoffs, while the Stampeders are already locked into their spot.

Friday night football is a showdown between two underperforming teams between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats.  Both teams offense have regressed after the last two seasons but have improved on defense and get some unfortunate injury luck.  The Tiger-Cats are 2.5 point favourites and that should stay under a field goal depending on some roughriders injuries.  Moving to Saturday we have the BC Lions against the Toronto Argonauts.  Both teams are trending upwards and this game should be a close one over the Canadian Thanksgiving weekend.  Up next the Edmonton Elks play the Winnipeg Blue Bombers, not much to say here other than the Elks improving on defence so have a look at the under.  Monday night the Ottawa Redblacks take on the Montreal Allouettes where the Aolouettes are favoured by a touchdown.  Last time these two played, the Alouettes closed as 4.5 point favourites moving to 6.5 point favourites for this game.  From there, So Money gives an update on his NHL picks and how he will go about posted picks this season

This week on the money line so money looks to take us through some CFL bets this week as well as a question from the listeners.  To kick things off we look at the Saskatchewan Roughriders vs the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.  After a tough loss to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats the Blue Bombers look to redeem themselves against the Roughriders.  Saskatchewan looks to recover from losing two of their last three games.  So money isn’t looking to rush into these games at these prices.  Up next we got the Ottawa Reblacks vs the BC Lions, So Money cautioned against the Lions last week but this week he’s more positive about the Lions.  Vernon Adams should look to carve up the BC Lions defence with his feet and short passes.  Looking at the Saturday slate, the Montreal Alouettes take on the Edmonton Elks.  The elks look to break one of the most bizarre streaks in sports history and finally win a game at home after their two year drought.  The final game of the week should be a banger with the Toronto Argonauts against the Calgary Stampeders after they played 4 weeks ago.  The Stamps were 2.5 point favourites on the road against Toronto which should make them closer to 7.5 point favourites on the road.  What some aren’t considering is the upgraded Argonauts defence since they last played.  Thats why we have a line sitting around 5.5 with Calgary as favourites.

Back for episode 3 of the Moneyline podcast, So Money recaps the past week of the CFL.  Last week he was on the right side in picking the Hamilton Tiger-Cats over the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.  The Tiger-Cats face off against the Montreal Alouettes this week and although the spread was 3.5 last time they faced off the Ti-cats have improved significantly and So Money thinks this game will be a pick'em.  Next game on the slate is the Ottawa Redblacks against the Toronto Argonauts, two weeks ago they closed as a road favourite against the Redblacks and they look like they are favourited again in this contest.  The final game of the week takes us to the BC Lions playing host to the Calgary Stampeders.  After last weeks brawl the markets have flipped and have the Bc Lions as the favourite. 

Then diving into a question from the listeners in regards to posting plays from a single book, So Money breaks down the importance transparency when giving out picks.  They believe that when giving out picks, one should post lines that are in a liquid market with widely available numbers.
