Gluten Free. Dairy Free. Egg Free. Soy Free. This is our daughter's new diet due to her recently discovered food sensitivities. We're working with an integrative health clinic to improve her gut health, focus, language processing, and more.

As a Mom, it's my job to make sure we're adhering to this new diet and let my just say it's been an ADJUSTMENT.

In this episode I'm sharing what it's like adjusting to this new diet. Phew Chile.

Have you ever tried to use the same strategy or "best practice" in some area of life like business or even organizing your home like you see on Pinterest, but failed miserably?

In this episode, I talk about how easy it is to get caught up trying to do what "everyone else" is doing. If it works for her, it doesn't mean it's gonna work for you.

But we try using the same strategies that it looks like "everyone" else is doing to be successful and then get discouraged when the same strategies don't work for us.

We'll always blame ourselves and put ourselves down without realizing that maybe that just wasn't the right thing for US to do.

There's nothing wrong with you girl, you just gotta keep testing different methods and strategies on your journey to success!
