After graduating Moravian College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a minor in marketing, Debbie began working for the family brewery in the office and accounting; pricing; and sales departments.

Later, her role evolved into enhancing the Yuengling culture and its values, such as aligning employee engagement throughout the company and footprint.

Today, Debbie and her sisters Wendy, Jennifer and Sheryl all work at the brewery alongside their father, Dick Yuengling, 5th generation owner.
